Community-connected care is at the essence of Northwest Community Healthcare's mission Submitted by NorthShore -- Edwards-Elmhurst Health NorthShore -- Edwards-Elmhurst Health has a combined mission to help everyone in its communities be their best. As a part of the new health system, Northwest Community Hospital (NCH) constantly strives to improve access to care and promote health and wellness in Arlington Heights and surrounding communities. Every three years, NCH conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to help identify the community's most predominant needs and determine where to direct efforts and resources.
