Expand 'In Pursuit of Happiness: Immigrants in Our Communities,' the new exhibit opening at the Elmhurst History Museum, explores the stories, the lives and the contributions immigrants have made to our communities, including to Elmhurst. The new exhibit, which opened Friday (Oct. 28), is designed by the museum's Curator of Exhibits, Dan Bartlett, and is co-curated by exhibit consultant Sandy Denninger, who researched and wrote the exhibit content. Denninger developed the exhibit content in part by interviewing 17 area residents originally from other places over the last two years.
