An Omaha, Nebraska, franchisor that provides intravenous therapy treatments said it will open its first location in Illinois in Elmhurst next week. Live Hydration, which currently operates about 30 locations around the country, said the Elmhurst location, owned and operated by Kaley Kortes and Kim Ginter, will open Feb. 17 at 484 Spring Road, Unit 1. The company provides intravenous vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other nutrients. "IV nutrition can be beneficial in preventing illness as well as improve symptoms of those suffering from preexisting conditions," the company says on its website.
